Production Craft & Structural Features

This microporous expanded metal adopts full-automatic precision micro-slitting stretching rocess, one-piece forming with no weld joints, loose wires or shedding fragments. Two finished types: raised original mesh and flattened smooth mesh for different flat installation demands. Ultra-fine strand & tiny diamond holes form dense uniform mesh surface, balanced open area to realize air/liquid penetration while blocking fine particles. Edges are neatly trimmed without sharp burrs; material can be arbitrarily cut, bent, rolled, stamped into round sheets, frames and special-shaped parts without cracking. No material waste during production, more cost-effective than micro perforated sheet.
