The difference between expanded metal mesh and perforated mesh

Ceiling engineering has entered a new chapter since expanded aluminum mesh was added to ceiling trim. This is not to say how unique the aluminum mesh is, but that the use of metal sheets as a material on the ceiling really creates a new world for people.

Aluminum mesh refers to a metal mesh made of aluminum alloy plates. According to the different processing methods, it can be divided into punched aluminum mesh and stretched aluminum mesh.

Perforated aluminum mesh is a metal mesh that uses a perforated mesh machine to perforate an aluminum alloy sheet to form various images.

Stretch aluminum mesh is a metal mesh with simple images, such as diamond-shaped holes and hexagonal holes formed by shearing and stretching the expanded metal mesh.

The output of these two products is very different, so the price is also very different. The difference between stamped aluminum mesh and stretched aluminum mesh requires different sizes of raw materials.

Perforated aluminum mesh is punching holes with various images on the original sheet, and the sheet itself is unchanged, while the stretched aluminum mesh is to cut an aluminum sheet and stretch it into a larger metal mesh.
