Climbing Frame Net Requirements and Specifications

1. A climbing frame net must be hung below the high-altitude operation site of the climbing frame net; when the building height exceeds 4m, a safety net must be set up that gradually rises with the wall, and then a fixed safety net must be set up every 4m; safety nets must be set up at the upper and lower holes of the external frame and bridge frame. The safety net should be set up low inside and high outside, and the height difference of the expenditure part is generally about 50cm; the supporting rods should not be broken or bent; the gap between the inner edge of the net and the wall should be less than 15cm; the distance between the lowest point of the net and the surface of the object below should be greater than 3m. The support used for the climbing frame net should have a small head diameter of no less than 7cm for the wooden pole, a small head diameter of no less than 8cm for the bamboo pole, and a spacing of no more than 4m for the support poles.

2. Before use, check whether the safety net is corroded or damaged. During construction, it is necessary to ensure that the climbing frame net is complete and effective, the support is reasonable, the force is evenly distributed, and there is no debris in the net. The overlap should be tight and reliable, without gaps, and the safety net should not be removed or damaged during construction, and it must be removed when there is no high-altitude operation. When the erected protective net needs to be temporarily dismantled due to construction needs, the construction unit must notify and seek the consent of the erection unit before dismantling. After the construction is completed, the construction unit must immediately restore it according to the regulations, and it can only be used after being inspected and qualified by the erection unit.
3. The debris in the climbing frame net should be cleaned regularly. When welding operations are carried out above the net, effective measures should be taken to prevent welding sparks from falling on the net; there should be no long-term severe acid and alkali fumes around the net.
4. The climbing frame net must be checked regularly during use, and there should be tracking records of use. Safety nets that do not meet the requirements should be handled in a timely manner. When the climbing frame net is not in use, it must be properly stored and kept to prevent moisture and mold. Before using the new net, you must check the nameplate of the product: first check whether it is a flat net or a vertical net. The vertical net and the flat net must be strictly separated. The vertical net is never allowed to be used as a flat net; when erecting a vertical net, the bottom rope must be tied firmly. ; The manufacturer's production license; The product's factory certificate. If it is an old net, it should be tested before use, and there is a test report. Only old nets that pass the test can be used.
