3. Whether the surface treatment is fully covered and whether the bottom is exposed?

In many cases, it is necessary to galvanize, spray, dip or paint the surface of the expanded steel and aluminum mesh. The purpose is to prevent the expanded steel and aluminum mesh from being corroded and rusted by the outside world. In this case, it is necessary to check the quality of its covering coating. The main thing is to check whether the coating coverage is complete, whether there is any bottom exposure problem, whether the coverage thickness is uniform or up to standard, whether the color meets the requirements, etc.

Appearance inspection: including surface defects, length, width, thickness, end rectangularity ratio, straightness and lock shape, etc. Note:

a. Welding parts that affect the driving of steel sheet piles should be cut off; b. Holes and section defects should be reinforced; c. If the steel-aluminum expanded mesh is severely corroded, its actual section thickness should be measured. In principle, all steel sheet piles should be inspected for appearance quality.
