1. Filter cartridge specifications + installation method:

2. How to clean the filter cartridge:
Commonly used automatic cleaning methods for dust removal cartridges include high-pressure gas pulse backflushing and mechanical vibration. Pulse backflush uses the preset parameters of the controller to give a signal to the solenoid valve, instantly opening and closing the solenoid valve diaphragm, allowing high-pressure gas to enter the blowpipe, and using the rapid expansion force of the gas to shake off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge. 3. Filter cartridge classification:
Common filter materials for dust removal cartridges include wood pulp fiber filter paper and polyester fiber non-woven fabric. The polyester fiber non-woven fabric can be coated with oil, water, and anti-static treatments.
1. Wood pulp fiber composite filter paper: suitable for filtration in gas turbines, compression molding machines, sandblasting, tobacco, coal dust, drift dust and other industries.
2. Ordinary polyester non-woven fabric: Made of polyester fiber material, the filtration accuracy is generally above 5um. Scope of application: filtration in powder spraying, sandblasting operations, pigments, wood, cement and other industries.
3. Anti-static polyester non-woven fabric: Anti-static, that is, anti-static film treatment, covers the surface of the filter material with an extremely thin conductive and breathable metal aluminum coating to avoid electrostatic flashover. It is suitable for metal dust filtration and explosion-proof work. Dust removal.
4. Oil-proof and waterproof polyester non-woven fabric: The oil-proof, waterproof and dust-proof treatment is to cover the filter material fiber with a layer of fluorine resin, making the filter material oil-resistant and anti-fouling, dust is not easy to adhere, and the backflush can be cleaned It is easier to remove dust and is suitable for humid or grease-containing environments with high dust concentration.
5. Coated polyester non-woven fabric: imported PTFE coated polyester filter material is used. The dust filter cartridge made of this material has a long service life, high filtration accuracy, and easier backflush cleaning. It can reach 1 under normal working conditions. -2 years.
