The filter element material has a larger pore size than the main filter element outside it.

3. Oil return filter

The oil return filter is referred to as the oil return filter. In the design of modern hydraulic systems, its lower body must be placed inside the oil tank. In the hydraulic system of construction machinery and equipment, because of the large workload and low pressure of the oil return filter, the oil return filter is designed with a large shell, and the size of the inlet and outlet is also large. The shell material is mostly light aluminum alloy, and the filter material has a precision of In recent years, most of them tend to be high-precision, and some people even advocate that the system only installs an oil return filter in the oil return line, but no convincing experiments have been seen so far.

The oil return filter is mainly to prevent the impurity particles generated by the working system and external intrusion from returning to the oil tank, and avoid the wear hazard caused by them entering the oil pump again. It sometimes acts as a refill filter when refilling the tank

4. Hydraulic system oil tank air filter

The fuel tank air filter is mainly to prevent external intrusion pollution. The filter materials used are glass fiber ie, cotton wood fiber and polyester fiber. They are all depth filters with strong particle adsorption capacity. The air filter is in the reciprocating circulation of the oil in the oil tank, which can not only protect the normal operation of the hydraulic system, but also ensure that the oil is clean and free from the damage of foreign particles, so that the working life of the system components can be extended.
